The product I ordered has arrived faulty / damaged, what should I do?

I have received the wrong product, what should I do?
Please email us and explain that you received an incorrect item. You will be refunded in full upon arrival back at our warehouse, should we not be able to supply a replacement.
I've changed my mind! What do I do?
Should you wish to return a non-faulty item, all items can be returned to us by post within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. The item must be in a saleable condition and in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your product by us to receive your refund. If you have not heard from us within this time please contact us as you may need to claim a refund through Royal Mail if your parcel has been lost in the post. Should a direct replacement not be available, we will refund the value of the item to your paypal account. We are able to offer exchanges. A refund can be given on the product if it is returned within the specified time limit, however postage and package is non-refundable. Payment for postage is the responsibility of the customer. When returning parcels to us please make sure you keep all receipts confirming the postage of your order until you receive email confirmation of your refund from us. It is also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
How do I return an item?
Should you need to return an item for whatever reason, please contact us via e-mail and send the item to the return address provided on your Postage Label.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process all refunds to you as soon as the goods are received back into our warehouse.
